The DMSi Customer Support website is intended only for current DMSi customers to access vital business and support/software information. Each customer is assigned a unique username and password to access the DMSi Customer Support website.
If you do not have a username and password, contact DMSi.
If you forgot your username and/or password, request assistance.
Cannot Log In?
If you rely on Windows to remember your password in the password field, it is possible the saved password has been corrupted and not supplying the correct password. Manually re-type your password then try to log in again.
Support Site Requirements
In order for features of the DMSi Customer Support website to function properly, your web browser must permit the use of cookies and Javascript.
Cookies are small text files that are saved on your computer that helps the website remember specific settings for your account. Keep in mind that no personal or business critical information is stored in these cookies, they are only used to enable features of the site.
If you are unable to log in, you can enable cookies in Internet Explorer by selecting Tools --> Internet Options then the Privacy tab. Select the Advanced button and select Override automatic cookie handling then select the Always allow session cookies option. Select OK, then OK again to exit the Internet Options window. Javascript is a client-side scripting language that further enriches your experience on the DMSi Customer Support website. If you do not enable Javascript on your computer, features such as expandable menus will not function at all.
To enable Javascript, in Internet Explorer, select Tools --> Internet Options then select the Security tab. Select the Custom Level button. Scroll down to the Scripting section then enable the Active Scripting and Scripting of Java Applets options. Select OK, then OK again to exit the Internet Options window.
