DMSi’s Newest BInformed Standard Application Maximizes Supplier Relations
Omaha, NE – As the newest addition to Agility’s powerful business intelligence application, BInformed Supplier Analysis helps ensure DMSi Software customers maximize supplier partnerships by providing important information on Purchase Orders (POs), fill rates, key performance indicators, and related trends. Used in conjunction with the BInformed Executive Dashboard, Sales, Inventory, and Accounts Receivable Analysis applications; Supplier Analysis provides DMSi users a complete view to the most important matrixes related to running their business, including profitability, inventory control, and accounts receivable.

Available in Agility v3.1.2, BInformed Supplier Analysis allows users to interactively analyze data related to Purchase Orders (POs); view open and received POs, expected delivery dates, and total PO dollars; review key performance indicators (KPIs), such as percentage of POs received on time, fill rates by quantity or dollars, and average lead days. It also allows users to compare YTD purchases with prior YTD purchases, trend quantities, and costs. With immediate access to this information, companies have the power to negotiate with suppliers and appropriately adjust their goals for the following year.
