DMSi Announces Employee Changes
DMSi is proud to announce the addition of several new employees and personnel changes, which will help the company better serve its customer base. These new changes help ensure DMSi's continuation of great customer support and service and the best possible software solutions.
DMSi’s Jason Bolstad is the newest addition to the Development team. Bolstad will be joining the Development team as a Navigator team analyst. He has been with DMSi since 2003 and was previously a supervising product consultant. “Jason has been a great resource in support and implementations for the last six and a half years, and has been integral in building out the lumber line of business,” said Trent Paben, DMSi’s manager of software development. "This experience will be invaluable in his new development role."
Another change that will further enhance customers’ experiences with DMSi is the promotion of Jason Niemi to Agility product manager. Niemi joined DMSi in January of 2007 as a software implementation analyst. “Jason has shown great leadership as part of the SO modernization efforts and has done a fantastic job at moving our UI/UX efforts forward,” Paben said. “He is very effective at being the voice of the customer (internal and external), and has embraced customer involvement in the development process.”
Therefore, in his new role, Niemi will continue to advance DMSi’s UI and improve the flow of Agility and the user experience. Niemi will internalize and represent the "voice of the customer" to the team throughout the development life cycle. Additionally, he will also develop and maintain the Agility product road map and scope and define new functionality at high level. Other duties include participating in and driving UAT, working on various research projects as they arise, introducing new features within the company and handling Navigator PO responsibilities.
DMSi also added several new employees and who bring additional technical knowledge and experience to the organization.
- Andrew Ryba joined DMSi as a support/implementation analyst. He is a recent Creighton University graduate and has worked at MSI, an information technology services company, for the past two years.
- Christy Klecic, another DMSi support/implementation analyst, is a recent Bellevue University graduate and previously held internships at Gallup and ConAgra.
- Jim Young will also be assisting DMSi customers as a support/implementation analyst. He is a Creighton University graduate and was a project manager at Husker Siding & Windows for the past three plus years.
- Melissa Trinklein is DMSi’s new marketing specialist. She is a graduate of the University of Nebraska and was previously the copywriter for Werner Enterprises, a transportation and logistics company.
