DMSi Welcomes Pen Steel & Gypsum Supply as Newest Customer
Omaha, NE – Pen Steel & Gypsum Supply of Raleigh, NC, is among DMSi Software’s newest Agility customers. A drywall distributor focused on customer service and superior industry knowledge, Pen Steel selected DMSi to streamline their business processes.
When Pen Steel began building a new corporate headquarters, they realized it was also time for an upgraded software system. Eric Penley, Pen Steel’s president, looked at several systems and was drawn to Agility’s industry-specific capabilities. After participating in a live demonstration and speaking with DMSi customers in the drywall industry, Penley was convinced that DMSi was a good fit. “The feedback I received from DMSi’s customers was outstanding,” Penley explains. “It was everything that I wanted to hear.”
With Agility, Pen Steel moves from a generic system to a modern, windows-based application that provides powerful viewers, customized reports, job costing, and inventory control. “I made a list of 10 processes that are eliminated with Agility,” adds Penley. “The amount of time that we will save is significant.”
