2011 Q1 Surveys Show High Customer Satisfaction Scores

DMSi has recently received the 2011 first quarter customer service surveys and the overall results show high marks for its Agility software, support, documentation, releases, SaaS and Productivity Tools.


The respondents of the survey were system managers at a variety of companies who collectively rated their satisfaction with Agility at an all-time high of 4.32 out of 5. “Customer satisfaction is our highest priority,” DMSi’s VP of Customer Service, Dan Vogt said. “We are focused on even the slightest details that make a difference to our customers. We are relentless about delivering unparallel solutions and service and earning high satisfaction from customers.”


Another very important measure in the survey was the likelihood of promoting DMSi to others, which received an exceptional score of 8.62 on a scale of 1-10.


Angie Wallert, Boston Cedar’s director of information technology took part in the survey and rated her company’s satisfaction with Agility as very satisfied. “DMSi continues to add tools in Agility that we need to streamline our business,” Wallert wrote in her survey. “Adding volume without adding more staff is always key to profitability, and the features added in 2010 were helpful in that regard.”


Features that made the most impact to Boston Cedar are ones that eliminate manual processes. “The automated processing features in Agility are very powerful,” Wallert said. “The tools that were added for imports really save us a lot of time. Anytime you can take data into the system from the original source without manual intervention, you’ve cut out not only keystrokes, but exposure to error as well.”


Wallert also rated the likelihood of promoting DMSi to others at the highest score, a 10. Boston Cedar focuses heavily on building their customers up through education and marketing efforts. “The DMSi Software helps us to keep our head count and costs down so we can invest in our people to go out and work with our customers,” Wallert explained. “We could not spend what we do on partner training and education if we had to add back office staff. That is where Agility is key.”
