Wagner Interior Sticks with DMSi for Quality Service and Technology Development

Omaha, NE – A DMS+ customer since 1996, Wagner Interior didn’t research other software solutions based on their satisfaction with DMSi’s customer service and dedication to development. With its point and click capability in a windows environment, coupled with the flexibility of multiple viewers, Agility helps the drywall distributor be more responsive to their customers while saving time and money. “DMSi is continually looking for ways to improve the software so our business runs better,” explains Wagner Interior owner Joe Wagner.Agility has the ability to propel us into the 21st century.

Wagner Interior uses industry-specific sheet good functionality in Agility to increase efficiency with powerful inventory control, accurate data, and quick order entry. Previously, Wagner Interior assigned individual item codes for every size of product. Now they assign one item code for multiple lengths; resulting in simpler order entry and fewer item codes in inventory. “We have already noticed the sheet good functionality saves us a ton of time,” says Wagner. “Down the road, we expect it to continue to gain additional benefits with future enhancements.”

The Billtrust feature also saves time for Wagner Interior by eliminating menial paperwork. Billtrust offers an advanced suite of bill delivery products including paper, fax, email, hosted online billing, and a web-based bill archiving and customer service tool. Instead of going through the labor intensive process of printing, folding, stuffing, sealing and mailing, Wagner Interior sends the files electronically with one simple click. According to Bill Sturgeon, Wagner Interior Chief Operating Officer, “We learned about Billtrust at DMSi’s partner conference a few years ago and have since added the product to complement our software.”

Agility users can take immediate advantage of new functionality through step-by-step documentation and DMSi’s Enrichment Program. Informational webinars are conducted by DMSi specialists to improve customer software knowledge, usage, and support. “Agility is still new to us and the training webinars are a great way to understand the tools available in the software,” Sturgeon adds. “By attending several webinars, I can share more easily share updates with operational staff at monthly meetings.”
