The DMSi Laminate LOB team has been hard at work since our Partners Conference establishing our team roles, procedures, and goals. We are very excited about 2008, supporting the laminate industry by insuring our Line of Business is represented in DMSi’s full suite of products.
While setting the foundation of this team, we continue to support the related Agility customer conversions and program enhancements. The most recent conversion to Agility has been completed by the Wurth Wood Group (Charlotte, NC). After months of preparation, all 13 of branches of Wurth are now “live” on Agility. We’re looking forward to the conversions of other laminate LOB customers later this year: Amerhart Ltd. (Green Bay, WI), Web Don (Charlotte, NC), and DPI (Mobile, AL).
Within the latest release of Agility, 3.10, there have been several enhancements made specific for the handling of laminates (sheet goods). For a detailed summary refer to the Agility documentation or at any time feel free to contact us to discuss or review the details. Recent enhancements include: streamlined cutting management along with enhancing our rebate functionality.
Finally, here are some things to look forward in upcoming releases. As always, if you have any insight or ideas to share…please let us know! Upcoming related enhancements include additional pricing options and purchasing functionality for sheet good items.
Please keep tuned in for upcoming Webinars to highlight some of these areas.
