Tracking ITRs
Did you know you can easily enter and manage your support issues online? On the DMSi customer support website, within the Support menu, you have access to several options for tracking your issues.
Use the Submit Support Request to enter in your support issues which are automatically logged to the DMSi ITR System. Upon submission you instantly receive the ITR # for future tracking. After entering the ITR, you can easily submit examples (e.g. attachments) to the issue which automatically ties the attachment to the ITR.
Use the Submit Change Request option to enter in a modification request or to submit a quote request. Upon submission, you automatically receive the ITR tracking number for future reference.
Once the issue is submitted, you can verify the status of the ITR at any time using the Track Your Issues menu option. This option allows you to access either a specific ITR or view all open or closed ITRs for your company.

When running the query for ‘all’ ITRs the system separates the issues such as Support, Fixes, Modifications, so you can easily review the type of requests. The Release / Expected Date column identifies the tentative date for completion of the request if applicable.

RSS Feeds
Have you heard the term RSS feeds and have no idea what the term means and what it can do for you?
RSS Feeds is a method which notifies you when changes or updates occur on your favorite websites. It allows you to easily stay informed of updates by retrieving the latest content from the sites you are interested in such as the DMSi Training Site. DMSi regularly releases updates about the training site which may include recordings of previously held webinars, new and updated training segments which explain the features of the Agility software, or changes to the training site so you can easily stay abreast of the latest developments.
How can you get started?
There are many dedicated RSS news feed readers available for download, but the instructions to subscribe to two common readers (Internet Explorer and Outlook 2007) are explained in the FAQ within the DMSi Training Site. Once you are subscribed, check the DMSi Training News link in your RSS reader to access the latest updates at any time.
If you are unfamiliar with RSS Feeds and want to learn more, a simple YouTube video exists titled ‘RSS in Plain English’ which explains the basic premise of an RSS Feed. NOTE: This video was neither produced nor supported by DMSi but is one example of an existing video that explains RSS Feeds.
Training Aids
Within the DMSi online training site you can access hundreds of training segments which explain the features and functions of the system. In addition, for several segments a Training Aid accompanies the training segment which you can use to test your employee’s understanding of the material.
You can easily identify which segments include a Training Aid by the special icon to the right of the segment title.

You can also review the complete list of Training Aids available across the site from a separate training category.

The Training Aids category is accessible to all student records regardless of their student profile.
