Agility's DocPop for POD Tickets Is Available
DMSi Software has added new, embedded Agility functionality which allows for the scanning and retrieval of signed delivery tickets (Proof of Deliveries). The Agility POD scan solution has been created using entry level technologies provided by Worldview LTD. WorldView LTD is an Internet-based document management service provider specializing in scalable electronic document management solutions who has been a trusted partner of DMSi for many years.

Reduce Processing Time with Agility POD
Based on the need to automate the storage and retrieval of signed delivery tickets, Agility customers are now able to reduce manual labor hours and processing, as they automatically link their barcode indexed, signed delivery tickets with the corresponding information stored in Agility. Once uploaded, the scanned delivery tickets are available to view, print, or email directly from Agility or through Agility’s web-based online customer portal, PartnerView. “The Agility POD solution is a very exciting technology that will allow our customers to save a lot of money and time when it comes to the storing and retrieval of signed delivery tickets,” explains Rick Olejnik , DMSi Vice President of Productivity Solutions. “The fact that the software is embedded into Agility and is available to our customers’ customers (dealers, contractors, lumber yards, etc.) via PartnerView, really makes it a home run.”
As Agility embedded technology, this solution is provided to all Agility customers with the only general requirement to using the Agility POD scanning is having compatible scanners that can be acquired from Worldview. Current Agility customers can activate this function for a small one time set up fee.
Worldview LTD Solutions
For those companies requiring the ultimate in document storage, the full WorldView solution stores and retrieves other documents in addition to signed delivery tickets. These documents can include Vendor Invoices, Customer Statements, Order Acknowledgments, AR Invoices, and Credit Applications. By applying Worldview’s complete client software, users are able to index and search for documents quickly and effectively complete a wider range of business tasks. “Over time, when Agility customers would like to extend their electronic document storage processes, the upgrade to the full blown Worldview solution is simply and seamless,” adds Olejnik. Agility customers have the option to upgrade to this full Worldview solution at anytime in the future.
