DMSi Announces New Productivity Solutions Department

Omaha, NE – By delivering on its mission statement of “helping customers achieve superior efficiency and profitability” through service and software excellence, DMSi created a Productivity Solutions Department to further support its solid platform for highly profitable growth. The Productivity Solutions Department will provide the overall strategy and vision for the optional add-on productivity solutions available for Agility, D+, and BLOCS customers. The department is responsible for understanding and documenting customer needs related to add-on technologies and tools and setting a plan for implementation.

From e-commerce to mobile solutions to document storage, each member of the Productivity Solutions Department has a thorough understanding of DMSi’s add-on products. Through personal interaction with the customers, DMSi will evaluate the overall position of each product and its associated customer demand. Additionally, DMSi will provide the structure to support ongoing resource development and growth in Productivity Solutions. “A clearer understanding of customer demand will allow us to address their needs while streamlining internal processes,” explains Vice President of Productivity Solutions, Rick Olejnik.
