DMSi Slated To Release New Agility PartnerView 2.0

DMSi Software is proud to announce PartnerView 2.0; a new, more powerful, and easier to use web customer service application. Available to customers alongside Agility v3.1.0, PartnerView 2.0 (PV2.0) serves as a real-time online portal to help customers and internal staff complete their own orders and answer questions regarding accounts, pricing, and availability of products with real-time data.

PartnerView 2.0 has been re-engineered from the ground up to provide Agility users with more functionality using the most advanced web technologies available. PV2.0 users have unlimited access to real-time data from any web enabled PC or mobile device. Web-based self-service tools reduce overall account management expenses; and ensure staff and resources are utilized effectively. Since PartnerView is completely integrated into DMSi’s business management system, it offers the ability to examine orders and shipments, eliminates redundant searches, and reduce errors. Additionally, the PartnerView portal works with StockNET to display full-color graphic catalogs for online order entry.

By leveraging real-time access to Agility via PV2.0, new PartnerView customers now have the ability to experience the proven benefits of web technology.
