DMSi Surpasses 100th Agility SaaS Customer

DMSi recently surpassed 100 customers running its Agility software in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment. Agility is DMSi’s Windows-based solution designed specifically to meet the core business needs of building material distributors and forest product wholesalers/remanufactures.

By outsourcing IT infrastructure to a SaaS facility, customers literally remove hardware and software from their businesses. Servers and other related hardware and software reside at a secure, remote data center that includes a Tier I disaster recovery environment. Since customers share the infrastructure with hundreds of companies, the environment can provide better technologies at a lower cost with much higher reliability and security and unlimited growth. Equipped this year with a second SaaS data center, DMSi’s SaaS customers now comprise over 2,100 end users, making up close to 60 percent of all Agility accounts.
