Monsma Marketing Transitions from DMS+ to Agility
Omaha, NE – Monsma Marketing Corporation recently decided to transition to Agility software. Located in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Monsma Marketing is a wholesale building material distributor serving lumber yards and home centers throughout the Midwest. Software as a Service (SaaS), a Windows environment, and third party interfaces available with Agility were features that Monsma Marketing valued to improve their efficiency and streamline business processes.
Monsma Marketing didn’t look far when deciding to upgrade from their current software system. As a matter of fact, they didn’t look at all. A customer since 1994, their relationship with DMSi was the main reason Monsma Marketing chose to convert from DMS+ to Agility software.
“We didn’t explore other companies,” says Theresa Cole, Monsma Marketing system manager. “DMSi has always been an excellent partner. They have bailed us out of many issues throughout the years.”
By transferring IT infrastructure to a SaaS facility, Monsma Marketing literally removes hardware and software from their business. The flexibility of SaaS allows Monsma Marketing’s leadership to run Agility with a PC and reliable Internet connection from remote locations. “The addition of Agility SaaS eliminates IT issues,” Cole adds, “and frees my time to focus on activities that customers’ value. With DMSi, we can continue to serve our customers in the best possible way.”
