DMSi Adds 30 New Agility Customers
In 2011, DMSi Software added 30 new companies to its market leading Agility customer base. “Companies who buy Agility place a great deal of value on functional depth and the benefit it brings their businesses,” states Cal German, DMSi Software president. “They also appreciate DMSi’s deep commitment to delivering unparalleled quality and service to our customers and the industries we serve.”
DMSi Software’s total customer count is now 357, with 253 on the windows-based Agility platform. Over 5,094 end users are operating Agility SaaS (Software as a Service) using Internet cloud computing services provided by DMSi and two geographically separated SAS70 certified NaviSite data centers. More companies are selecting the Agility SaaS (Software as a Service) hosted/cloud computing option to stay up to date with fast changing technology and increasingly complex hardware, software, communication, and network infrastructures. Hosted users have eliminated on-site servers by using their Internet connection to access Agility’s complete state-of-the-art accounting system at secure Tier I data centers. Although companies can still opt for on-premise equipment with Agility, SaaS is now selected 90% of the time by new customers due to its many compelling benefits.
In addition to 24 new Agility customers, 6 conversions were made from legacy DMSi software products to Agility.
Some of DMSi’s new Agility partnerships include: Building Materials- BBC Distribution, Contractor Paving Supply, Dennis Supply, and Kearns & Company Architectural Building Products; Drywall Distributors- LDM, LLC;Softwood Lumber Distributor-Cushman Lumber and Klumb Lumber; Laminate Distributor- Distributor Services, Inc.; Pro Dealers/Lumberyards- Beisser Lumber, Cassity Jones Lumber, National Hardware and Roofing Supply, and Rochester Lumber; Roofing and Siding Distributors- American Building and Roofing, Dealers Supply, RC Wholesale, RCI Roofing Supply and Weatherpanel, Inc.
The following companies have either completed or began the process of converting to Agility: Building Materials- Key Wholesale and Nashville Plywood; Softwood Lumber Distributor-Britton Lumber and Weekes Forest Products; Millwork Distributors- Advance Millwork and Warren Window Supply.
