Stark Lumber Goes Live on Agility Software

Omaha, NE – In order to improve inventory tracking and streamline business processes, Stark Lumber Company recently went live on DMSi’s Agility Software. Located in Denver, Colorado, Stark Lumber specializes in stock and custom mouldings.

Following DMSi’s best practices, Stark Lumber adapted their processes to fully utilize the features in Agility. With reman functionality, Stark Lumber tightens inventory control, optimizes yields, and reduces waste. Stark Lumber can now accurately costs orders, previously figured by hand, with Agility’s automated pricing and project cost feature.

By running on Agility’s Software as a Service (SaaS) model, Stark Lumber eliminates waste and cuts costs by outsourcing the complexity of managing server and communication hardware, software, updates, and backups. The flexibility of SaaS allows Stark Lumber to run Agility with a PC and reliable Internet connection from anywhere in the world. “With Agility SaaS, I can access information anywhere – from home, when traveling, or even at Starbucks,” says Stark Lumber President, Jim Michas.
