Omaha, NE – Timber Creek Resource recently selected DMSi software to improve their technology platform and operational efficiency. With three locations in Wisconsin and another in Illinois; Timber Creek has over 150 years combined experience in supplying softwood and hardwood lumber. They specialize in the design capability of wood including boxes, crates, pallets, and bases. After extensive research by a professional consulting firm, Timber Creek determined DMSi would best fit their software needs by providing more centralized control during the purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, and sales processes.

Tailored for the pallet industry, Agility’s tools will allow Timber Creek to more effectively manage their inventory with reporting, mobile picking, and custom viewers. With their previous processes, it took several hours to relieve inventory twice daily. Now, with Agility’s queries and reports, Timber Creek will be able to easily view item activity based on product value, availability, and movement. “We were impressed with Agility’s ability to handle inventory and output information in real time,“ explains Joe Stefczak of Timber Creek. Additionally, Agility enables Timber Creek to quickly track and report the history of its custom engineered crates and pallets throughout the manufacturing process.
