Warrior Building Products Transitions from DMS+ to Agility Software

Omaha, NE – A DMSi customer since 1999, Warrior Building Products recently transitioned from DMS+ to Agility software. Located in St. Louis, MO, Warrior Building Products is a wholesale distributor of building materials, including roofing, siding, windows, molding, drywall, insulation, and decking products. In addition to their long-standing, positive relationship with DMSi Software, Warrior Building Products converted based on their need to upgrade an aging server and the ability of Agility’s SaaS (Software as a Service) to replace it completely.

Since Warrior Building Products benefitted from DMS+’s industry specific functionality for years, they did not look outside of DMSi to upgrade their software system. “It was reassuring to us that the industry specific functionality we enjoyed in DMS+ for so many years was available in Agility’s windows-based environment,” says Jackie Keck, Warrior Building Products accounting manager. “Plus, the reporting in Agility provides us with a real-time snapshot of daily, monthly, and yearly activity.”

Warrior Building Products gained peace of mind when they removed hardware and software from their business with Agility SaaS. By transferring their IT infrastructure to a hosted facility, Warrior Building Products has the flexibility to run Agility with a PC and reliable Internet connection from anywhere in the world. “Our server began making clanking noises and we knew it was time for a change,” Keck explains. “With a hosted server, we don’t have to worry about upgrades, backups, or maintenance. I love it.” Agility SaaS simplifies technology, fixes IT costs, and frees resources to focus on core business initiatives.

The positive relationship between Warrior Building Products and DMSi resulted in the extension of their partnership and conversion to Agility. The real-time reporting and reliable hosted server in Agility conveniently provides Warrior Building Products with access to what’s going on in their company. “With Agility, there are no more late nights spent on month end processing,” adds Keck. “I can finish in half the time.”
