- Instant Customer Data Customer name and address can readily be entered at Point of Sale (POS) or in the back office. DMSi software maintains historical customer data, including transactional detail and total purchases to date. This information is helpful when verifying payments on previous purchases, controlling product returns or monitoring discounts.
- Flexible Service POS processes payments independent of the accounts receivable billing. Customers can add to an order after a check is cut and can pay the balance several different ways.
- Convenient Credit Card Processing For credit card processing, select fields for required authorization number, the last six digits of the credit card number, and/or credit card expiration dates during payment entries. Credit card payments are processed by a third-party system independent of Agility.
System Integration - Building product distributors can activate industry specific features, including “full payment required” field. Several payments can be applied to an order with full payment required before a pick ticket is printed.
- Simple, Secure Transactions Set your company's security level. Will your sales team return change from the drawer or apply all POS payments to customer accounts? Agility POS options protect your business from losing material and cash. Choose to receive payments for tendered amount only. For check payments, select fields required for entry, such as check number, driver's license number or expiration date. Information is retained in history to protect you from insufficient funds.
- Good Auditing Reports Shared workstation settings save time when speed is important for customer sales. With user IDs and passwords for processing payments, there's a great way to monitor payments received by each user. Agility POS also helps you generate reports quickly and balance your cash drawer at the end of the day in a multitude of ways, including cash sales tendered, payment type, user ID, branch, and date.
