Agility's Features Enhanced
With Supplemental Products

The following add-on products and interfaces increase Agility's functionality to address our customers’ relevant needs:

A/P Invoice
The A/P Invoice interface imports A/P credits and invoices via an xml format. The source of the invoice files can be a third-party application where faxed or mailed copies of supplier, freight, and VMI invoices are scanned in batches. Then the interface pulls the data from the scanned documents to produce the electronic file for Agility import.

Appian Logistics Software
Agility supports Appian Logistics Software, an optional third-party routing product, which utilizes a manual data transfer, to calculate and optimize delivery routes.

Cyberquery
Agility uses Cyberquery, a third-party reporting tool, to create and print reports. Cyberquery provides DMSi with innovative database analysis, business intelligence, decision support, production reporting, and rapid application development solutions.

D&B Credit Rating
D&B Credit Rating interface imports up-to-date customer credit scores and ratings from the Dun & Bradstreet Risk Assessment Manager (D&B RAM) software to Agility via a predefined Cyberquery report.

Document Storage
DMSi’s online document storage solution by WorldView provides retrieval of business documents and reports.

DQ Technologies
DQ Technologies, an optional third-party routing product, allows customers to automatically calculate and optimize delivery routes for Agility sales orders and shipments.

EDI
Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is a complete electronic document transfer system for sending and receiving documents without paper copies. By eliminating mailing or manual delivery of paper documents, errors and omissions are at a minimum.

F9
F9 is a powerful financial intelligence and report building tool. It integrates data from the from the general ledger into Excel, creating a powerful platform for producing custom financial reports.

Loftware
Loftware provides labeling system integration to create customized labels for shipping, receiving, warehouse locations, and many other functions.

PreLien2Lien
The PreLien2Lien software program creates legally compliant lien forms using current sales data. By exporting order information in an xml format from Agility into the PreLien2Lien program, manual re-keying of information is eliminated.

Pre-Receipt
The Pre-Receipt interface automatically eliminates pre-received inventory records for purchase orders and reman work orders in the Agility system.

Sighting Info (CLM) Interface
Enter, import, and track rail car location messages (CLM) for a transport/car number based on transactions with the Sighting Info interface. By instantly saving the data to shipment information records, this enhancement allows sales personnel to track the delivery and receipt process to improve customer service and better manage shipments.

Venali

Window and Door Interfaces
Agility has window and door interfaces to Amsco, Andersen, Cascade, Ellison, Jeld-Wen, Kolbe, Loewen, Marvin, Silverline, Simonton, and Windsor. From the manufacturer’s system, companies can configure, quote, and transmit orders. The interfaces intuitively transfer information directly into Agility, giving companies access to all order information in their business management system.

Zip Tax
Zip Tax imports sales tax and use tax rates directly into Agility, creating necessary Tax Authority and Tax Code records for each State, City, County and Local taxing jurisdiction. Zip Tax also creates a cross reference of the tax codes created to the applicable Zip Codes.
