Additional Functionality To Agility

With Agility's industry-specific focus, many of the modifications requested benefit all of DMSi's customers. In fact, when a customer requests a modification to suit a specific need of their business, DMSi designs its functionality to work the best way for the overall industry. Each modification is supported though step-by-step documentation, so users can take immediate advantage of new functionality.

New Releases

Documentation
Documentation is an important part of the DMSi solution for both new and established customers. Three key sources for information to use the Agility system include Agility Online Help, Release Notes, and the Implementation Guide. Agility Online Help provides detailed conceptual information, screen overviews, business rules, setup considerations, field descriptions, and step-by-step instructions to use the functions available within Agility. Agility Online Help, accessed via the menu bar within the Agility software, includes a number of screen examples. The Agility Help Manual in PDF format provides the same information as the online version as well as a table of contents and index suitable for a print manual. The PDF manual is available on the DMSi Customer Support site. Additionally, there are video training for the major modifications in each new release.
