DMSi strives to develop a strong partnership with each of our valued customers. To help you understand the process of installing Agility in your business, DMSi provides you with an implementation guide containing tasks and a timeline for the implementation process. It is not only useful during your initial installation of the software, but a key resource document to use after you “go live”.
Implementation Roles and Responsibilities
Together, a DMSi implementation representative and an assigned system manager from your company will review the roles and responsibilities for a successful implementation. Under DMSi's guidance, you will receive the necessary training and assistance to convert your system to Agility. From written status reports to onsite training, DMSi provides your company the knowledge to prepare you for going live on Agility. The ongoing responsibilities of the system manager include maintaining system documentation and becoming familiar with the day-to-day procedures within your business.
Involvement Key to Success
For a successful implementation, it is important to involve users early and often in the software process. By listening to the expectations of the users, you are giving them a voice to commit to the project through its entire life cycle. Structured education and training during and after implementation will reinforce standard procedures and best practices for each position within the company.
Follow Up
Through follow up reports and surveys, DMSi assesses the current status of your Agility system implementation after several days or weeks of operating live on the system. DMSi appreciates your feedback on the training to review our process, content, and trainer. After the implementation phase, software and technical issues may be directed to DMSi’s support center. DMSi's commitment to developing partnerships provides unparalleled customer service for their supported products and technology.
