Great solutions start with great relationships.  At DMSi, we view our customers as partners and that view guides us in everything we do, especially how we develop our software.  By maintaining close, trusted relationships with our customers, we are able to use the feedback we receive to discover what features would provide the greatest benefit.  Many ideas come directly from customer requests, while still others come from understanding our customers’ marketplaces and analyzing how they are using our software and what they will need next.  These ideas are grouped into features and prioritized for scheduling into the release cycle for delivery.

Our Support Representatives, Analysts, Programmers, and Quality Assurance staff work closely together on projects to be sure that we are meeting the needs of our customers with the new features as well as protecting the flexibility and integrity of the product we are modifying.  This allows us to continue to make the modifications our customers most desire.

Software Updates

The Software Development team creates several new releases of our software each year, offering our customers the new features and improved functionality they have requested.  By staying as current as possible with these releases, our customers are able to take advantage of the best software DMSi has to offer.  With each new release, DMSi communicates the features available and offers a variety of training options so that our customers can realize the advantages as soon as they are ready.
