Software Development Process
DMSi’s goal is to resolve any programming concern as quickly as possible, based on the severity of the issue. If your impediment appears to require a software fix or modification, the support representative handling your request creates a software development ITR. Each ITR is classified as either a Fix - The program is not functioning; or a Modification - The program design needs enhancement to handle additional functions.
Priority Levels
The DMSi product management team uses priorities to determine the appropriate urgency for software development ITRs. Fixes and scheduled modifications are classified and resolved as one of the following priority levels: Expedite - When your primary day-to-day business is stopped and no workaround as available; High - A fix or modification needs to be resolved quickly, but is not affecting your primary daily operations; Medium - Once the problem has been identified, the solution is made available in one to four months; or Low - Fixes are available within four to six months and placed for consideration in the future as an enhancement code.
Software Updates
Periodically, DMSi makes available full releases which include all fixes and/or modifications to Agility during the programming cycle. Loading releases in a timely manner enables you to take advantage of new features within Agility, receiving the best support from DMSi. To keep you informed of important company and product updates, DMSi regularly communicates software release updates, new product offerings, better utilization of product features, overall company initiatives, and new training.
