Senior Customer Support Specialist
Doug Partridge is a Senior Customer Support Specialist and has been with DMSi since 1998.
Doug’s expertise lies in improving operational efficiency, specifically through EDI which lets customers process orders with fewer manual resources. He also helps them build custom reports that provide data in the exact format they need. In addition to EDI and custom reporting, Doug is very knowledgeable regarding DMSi’s warehouse management and label-printing solutions. He greatly values his relationships with customers and takes pride in maintaining solid connections with them.
Doug has bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting and management.
