Kevin Hughes

Kevin came to DMSi in 1998 as a member of the sales and marketing team. He left the company briefly to work with one of DMSi’s technology partners, and returned in 2011 as a productivity solutions consultant.

Kevin helps customers improve efficiency and profitability by matching them with the right solutions. He has experience in multiple areas, but specializes in sales tax automation and business intelligence products (Avalara and BInformed). He is also the point of contact for the new Agility CRM and Customer Scorecard. Kevin is the liaison between DMSi and its technology partners. He advocates for his customers and makes sure new products and features answer their needs. Kevin has built close relationships with DMSi’s customers over the years, and takes his role as a trusted advisor very seriously. He puts their best interest ahead of everything else and will recommend against a product if it isn’t a good match for their business.

Kevin has degrees in marketing and economics from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. In between coaching and volunteer work with his wife and four children, Kevin is an avid runner. He enjoys traditional road races and “extreme” obstacle courses.
