Kyle came to DMSi in 2013 and works as a Customer Support Associate.
Kyle works closely with DMSi customers to learn the ins and outs of their businesses. This lets him find customized support solutions to fit their needs. Teamwork is a huge part of Kyle’s philosophy, and he frequently collaborates with other members of the DMSi support team to solve issues for clients. Kyle is especially knowledgeable about Agility’s suggested purchasing functionality and DMSi’s business intelligence solution, BInformed.
Kyle has a Master of Business Administration. Prior to joining DMSi, he worked at Kiewit Building Group as a business manager.
