Senior Customer Support Specialist
When Linda joined DMSi in 2005, she brought an impressive background: 27 years working in accounting, including 13 years using DMSi software applications. In her current role as a senior customer support specialist, she draws on her deep knowledge of Agility and experience as an end-user when helping customers.
Linda’s decades of experience make her an accounting guru for DMSi’s clients. She conducts G/L reviews, creates financial statements, and provides specialized training in Agility’s accounting features. She interacts with customers daily, and works with other members of the support team to find ways to improve users’ experiences. In addition to accounting, Linda is an installer and support specialist for the Agility credit card interface and for DMSi’s routing solutions, Appian and DQ.
Linda has worked in the accounting field for her entire professional life. She developed a thorough understanding of customers’ operations during her 13 years with a roofing and siding distributor.
