Pat Diederich

Pat joined DMSi in 1995 bringing several years of experience with banking software.

As customer support supervisor, Pat oversees and manages all of the service requests that come into the Support department each day. He tracks the progress of each case to make sure they are handled in a timely manner. Finding solutions to customers’ challenges is of utmost importance to him and the rest of his team. He focuses on answering customer requests as quickly and accurately as possible. Pat possesses a deep understanding of Agility software, making him an invaluable resource to both customers and other support staff.

Pat has a degree in finance from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.
