Rob came to DMSi in 2015 as a member of the Customer Support team.
Rob helps customers enhance their businesses by taking full advantage of Agility’s features. When helping a client address a problem, Rob gathers details about the situation and presents a range of possible solutions. When the client identifies the best option for their business, Rob helps implement it and creates a document with step-by-step instructions for the customer’s future reference.
Rob earned degrees in accounting and management information systems from Midland University.
