Manager - Client Services
Scott joined DMSi in 1996 as a product consultant, and has since worked in support, implementation and product management. He assumed the role of Client Services Manager in 2014.
Scott leads a team of people who focus on accounts with many users or complex challenges. They are the primary point of contact for these customers on special projects such as software modifications and consulting engagements. Scott takes a methodical approach to all of his projects, stepping back to consider the customer’s point of view and walking through all possible scenarios. He works very closely with customers on DMSi’s legacy platform, helping them transition to Agility.
Scott has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Lincoln in Missouri.
