Vincent Orsi came to DMSi in 2015 as a member of the Customer Support team. He joined the Implementation team in 2016.
Vincent works directly with DMSi’s customers, helping them diagnose and solve problems. He takes a proactive approach by asking about related issues they may experience. He walks customers through possible solutions, making sure to create thorough documentation they can refer to in the future. In addition to Agility’s core functionality, Vincent is also knowledgeable about DMSi’s custom app builder, Agility | DIY, and customer relationship management application, Agility | CRM.
Before joining DMSi, Vincent studied accounting and criminal justice at Midland University.
